You can now schedule emails in Gmail to be sent a later date and time. When drafting or replying to an email you will now see a down arrow next to the Send button. Select the down arrow instead of send to open the Schedule send menu. Once an email has been scheduled, you will have a scheduled label in your label list. Expanding the scheduled label will allow you to view and edit emails that have been scheduled.
1. Select the drop-down menu next to Send. | |
2. Select Schedule send. | |
3. Select the day and time, you can customize using the Pick date & time at the bottom. | |
5. You will see a confirmation notice and a cancel option. | |
6. Select the Scheduled label to view and edit scheduled emails. |
